Health care services generally will be subject to the rules of the health care plan which require prior authorization of services except for visits to the child's primary care physician, well baby/well child care, immunizations and emergency services.
For families living outside of Clark County or the Reno/Sparks area of Washoe County, services can be obtained from any Nevada Check Up provider.
