Medicaid eligibility and referrals
It is our goal to ensure that your child is getting the best coverage available. As part of the eligibility process, Check Up will screen your application for Medicaid eligibility. If it appears that your child is eligible for Medicaid, the application will be forwarded to the nearest Welfare District Office. In this situation, you must be denied Medicaid eligibility before you can be considered for Check Up enrollment.
